Here's to the Heroes Pass

This is our first time using the Pass. I had a question and hope you can help me. I was on my laptop computer and saw the website and registered for the pass. I filled out the form and noticed that I had to print out a form. I had to then switch to another computer to print. When I finally printed the form it said : Not valid for park admission, on the top. I also noticed that reprinting is not available. I'm afraid that I messed up the process somehow. I looked for a contact but couldn't find one on the hero salute website. I'm sure the post "not valid..." is not normal?? I'm not sure who to contact to fix this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

It probably just means you need to go to the the Heroes kiosk with that paper to pick up your tickets. I know you have to do that at Busch Gardens. Just call the 1-800 number and someone should be able to help you.

The form is just to save time registering at the Park, the information is purely pre-printed to save time, it is not a ticket :)
We have been without pre-registering - you just have to give the information at the Military Salute desk instead - then you are given your free day passes :thumbsup2

TraceyL is right. It just prevent you from filling out paperwork at the ticket booth. We used them at Busch Gardens and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We had the form filled out. I am excited because this will be the first time I have been to Sea World in 30 years!
