A few questions about the DDP

I have the regular dining plan and I was wondering if there is a list somewhere that shows all the restaraunts and snack options for the dining plan?

Also, the Everything You Always Wanted To Know sticky thread at the top of this forum has links to the official Disney brochures for all three dining plans, which include lists of participating restaurants.
