*My apologies to Condorman - I just noticed the thread he posted yesterday on the same topic.

Well I'll be darned. I thought the blueprints were closer to actual than the concept art they released. From the art I didn't think they could squeeze Dumbo in front of the Barnstormer.
Looks like I'm wrong. Looks like to fit it they took out the water tower and other structures to the Barnstormer though. Can't tell any sort of themeing of the new coaster from the model though.
No pooh playground as well

There's a thread over on the Parks and Attractions board in which Robo, the king of all maps, has labeled this photo. It's much easier to comprehend.

Gaston's Tavern will surely be a let down without the alcohol to go with it.

Alas, it's often I wish the MK wasnt a "dry" park.

So, so true...maybe the Tavern is a hidden sign that the park will start selling some alcohol, now there is a rumor.

LOL, "others than the US" tend to have a slight bit of responsibility when it comes to drinking.
I remember going to US with my 3yo nephew and his parents. As soon as we got there my brother in law started drinking. He spent most of the day yelling at the poor kid. :sad2:
I'm very glad they don't allow drinking at the MK. Besides you can at the WS so I'm good with that.

Personal responsibility should be the rule, rather then prohibition for all.
I don't drink all that much anyway, so it really doesn't phase me to be honest, rather just humorous.

I often wonder when people get upset the MK is a dry park...you really can't go for a few hours of your vacation without a drink? Now, I like a beer as much as the next guy and can't pass through Germany at WS without getting a draft, but I like that MK is dry by a tradition that Walt started back with DL, even if it is really only symbolic as everywhere else alcohol is commonly allowed.
Gaston's Tavern without brew might seem weird, but as long as he continues to use antlers in all of his decorating, I'm cool with it.

Kinda strange, it looks like the entire Pooh ride has trees in front of it. Looks like there may be a path behind them but I wouldn't think they would try to hide a major ride from site?
The building for the Cinderella attraction is pretty big. I hope they have something of actual interest (like a ride) instead of just MaG space.

Quick! To the Rumors and News forum!
I suspect that Gaston's Tavern will follow in the footsteps of WDW's first dry tavern, Liberty Tree Tavern. Maybe Disney should start putting tavern in quotation marks:confused3

Maybe without alcohol he would have spent ALL day yelling at the kid:laughing:

Alcohol is served in Club 33 IIRC, so DL does have alcohol available, if only to priviliged crowds.
