I was finally able to add-on at the BCV! WooHoo! Now, my question is: since I have points at 2 resorts now, once I hit my 7-month mark for making ressies, it really doesn't matter which resort's points I use, does it? I realize the 11-month advantage at a resort, but after that, it really doesn't make any difference if I reserve with BC or BW points--am I correct? Or am I missing something? (I hope this makes sense...) Thank you for any responses!

We have points at both OKW and BWV. We (actually my wife – the master of our DVC points and plans) have found that you need to keep tabs on your points to be sure that you use the points that will expire first and in the long run don’t leave any “on the table”.
Your assumption is absolutely correct, but I expect you will probably find yourself "saving" your BWV points and using your BCV points when you find yourself in that situation ... only because the 11-month priority period is becoming so important at BWV - for the highly demanded December reservations, and the standard view, reduced-point rooms all during the year.
We have points at Vero and OKW, and when I book a reservation at less than 7 months out, I will always use my OKW points - since there are more times at Vero that the 11-month period is needed (Beach Cottages!! :) )
Good Luck!
