Trying to Dive 12/25/02 In Coz

I am trying to arrange a scuba trip through one of the local dive shops in Cozumel for Christmas Day. I have not found any dive shop that is going to be running boats on that day.

Has anyone been able to book a trip yet or found a dive shop that will working in Cozumel on Christmas Day?

I really want to avoid the typical cattleboat used by the cruise lines.

You might have a really tough time with making arrangements for Christmas Day. I am guessing that most places will be closed for the day. Keep us posted and let us know if you have any luck!

I did some posting in other scuba web sites and was able to find a place that is running their afternoon boat. Thanks

Now we are all set for each of the three ports and will have some great dives!!

Hey, do you mind sharing the contact info for those 3 dive shops? Also, can you update us on how good were they after your trip? We and a few other families are booked on the 5/20/03 Western. We have several divers among us. So, if you like the outfit and think their price is reasonable, we'll just leverage off of your homework...:cool: :cool: :cool:

Check out the PADI web site - - you'll get links and e-mail addresses to tons of dive shops. Stick w/ the PADI rated ones and e-mail them re rates. On my last cruise, I had arranged all of my dives in advance for MUCH less than the excursion rate.
