Goofy4Tink posted the link over on the Transportation Board, but I thought you might like to know - the restriction on carry on bags on flights bound for the US has been partially relaxed. It will now be 1 carry on bag measuring no more that 9in x 16in x 22in (which is the "published" standard of most airlines), plus there will continue to be exemptions for small purses, laptops, etc.
