Question for the ladies....

How often do you paint your toenails? I get in moods where I'll paint them every day, but most times I paint them once every other month or so.:o

And you guys that are reading my thread, do you like to see painted toenails?:p

About every 2 weeks. I really hate taking the time to do stuff like that but I usually do in the summer with sandals.
I think painted toes look better than unpainted in sandals. :)

Yes, they finally did Shannon, but I was seriously starting to think I was going to have light blue metallic like toenails forever. Mmmm... Apolo decals... do you think they'd go with my toe rings?!?

I hate painting my toenails. But I do them sometimes in the summer because my nails are gross looking. I painted them about a month ago and I should take it off now, because it looks really bad.

Well, I did for the first time in the summer about a week ago.. of course it looked great and then, wouldn't you know it, it got chipped right away....


Now I don't have nail polish remover.. YUCK!

Anyway, usually I don't but I had extra time then.

Funny story: On our cruise (June 29th Magic), i bought this clear nail polish that changes to pink when it gets in the sun. I asked this guy if i could paint his nails, and he said yes!! So the next day, when we were on Castaway Cay, he comes up to me and is like "Maggie what did you paint on my nails???" of course using some other words then those. It was hilarious, his nails were HOT pink for the rest of the cruise.

Mine are always polished. It bugs me when they chip in the summer b/c I love wearing sandals and I end up re-doing them about once a week. I also change my mind fairly often about what color I like so I just do it over.

In the summer, I paint them about every 2 weeks, or until the nail polish starts to chip away. Since I'm in sandals/flip-flops most of the time, it looks nicer to have them painted. DH appreciates it too!

During the winter, I like to give them a break and leave them unpainted.

I like to wear sandals often so I always keep my toenails polished. I alternate between having pedicures and painting them myself. When I do it myself I touch up the chips every week. When I get it done professionally, I do it about every 2-2 1/2 weeks. My feet look naked when I am polishless!

I keep mine painted all summer because I refuse to wear shoes that cover my toes. I guess I do it about every week and a half or so. Toe nails stay painted so much better than finger nails.

Some of my pregnancy books say you shouldn't use nail polish, but nice toes are about all I have going for me right now. :D I just paint them outside so that the fumes aren't as bad.

I never paint my toenails, or my fingernails for that matter. I hardly have any toenails anyway. My big toes are the only toes with any real nail to them. I also never wear makeup.

I get them done about every two weeks. Right now I'm wearing coral punch with a "floral" design on the big toes and some rhinestones (it looks great). No toe rings, though. LOL

Most of the men that I know, DH included, think that women look sexier with painted toes.
