Checking child out of Kids Club

I was wondering who is allowed to pick up a child from the kids club. We will be travelling with my Mom and Sister and was wondering if they would be able to get my daughter out of the club? Do you leave a list of people who are allowed to get your child or does it have to be Mom or Dad?

When you register, you make up a password which is then used to get your child out of the club.

They also asked us on the form we filled out to register at the club, if there was anyone other than the parents who were allowed to check the child out of the club. Of course anyone you put down would still have to know the password.

Yeah, We traveled with some friends so my daughter was in the same age group as their son, and we made our passwords the same so it'd be easy to remember, AND we all put each other's names on the other kids pick-up list, so we could ALL ( 2 sets of parents) get the kids
(BOTH kids) out, depending on who was where, when.. make any sense? Sometimes me or my hubby would get our kid, and our friends kid. And vice versa..
