DDP with CM discount?

Hello all--

We are booking our trip through a friend who works at the Grand Floridian and was kind enough to let us use her cast member discount on rooms. Does anyone know if its possible to get the DDP with that? Ive heard no, but tonight when I spoke with someone at WDW booking, they said I could and I wouldnt have to add tickets.. Can anyone confirm or deny this so I know which way to go with? My friend who booked for us is out of touch for a few days, but this way if I can add the DDP, i can go on make make ADR's.

I think the answer is no UNLESS there is a current offer including DDP for cast members.

I helped a friend book a room in June and was told there are no dining plan packages currently available with the discounted room. Your friend will need to call and check your dates.
