View Full Version : Deluxe Disney Dining...Planning your Credits?

I have reposted this here from the Restaurants board:

We are going in October first time on site and with Deluxe Dining! What I was wondering was if anyone has been clever enough to design a spreadsheet or similar that could be used to plan out how best to use the credits at all that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Hope no-one minds me asking but spreadsheets are not my forte!LOL And I need to start planning ADR's. We are hoping to do a few 2 credit restuarants such as Cinderellas Royal Table, Hoop De hoo, The Yaughtsman, California Grill so would be good to be able to plot how many credits we would be using somewhere.

I dont know how to attach a spreadsheet but the one I made was easy. I put a column going across the top for each day we are there & on the side 3 columns for breakfast, lunch & dinner. then I put in the restaurants with their credits in each box, 1 credit pp (such as me & my DH going to Kona Cafe would be 2 credits, the 2 of us going to California Grill would be 4 credits). and then I total each category: breakfast, lunch & dinner & then have a total of those 3 & subtract how many credits we get for the week & you can see how much you have left or went over.
it's even easier because we are on the delux plan so all credits are the same but if you are on regular just have 2 totals.
This also helps me to keep track of where we are going & the confirm #'s which is more why I made this to begin with.
I forgot, I also have a column on the bottom to track snacks, more when I get there, I add by hand.

I just basically put mine on a piece of paper. We were trying to decide between the DDP and the DxDP so I mapped out where we want to eat, how many credits, etc. I think it would be good to have one that keeps track of my ADR's and confirmation #'s. For us, we will be doing DxDP too.
