While we normally do a TS dinner on vacation, we are trying something a little different on our next trip...one day, we decided to do the TS at Akershus for lunch, and then "eat around the world" with some CS credits. The idea is to get some different foods and share them. It will be DH, me, and our 2 boys. So we will have 2 adults and 2 children on the DDP. Is there a way to check how many child CS credits we have left vs. adult CS credits? I don't want to have to worry about keeping track while we are eating, but don't want to mess up and order too much of either adult or children's CS meals and then be stuck at the end of the trip, short of CS credits for either. Sorry if this is a dumb question. TIA!

No there isn't, it won't be reflected on your receipts. You will need a way to keep track of which credits are the adults' and which are the childrens.' Some like to use a punch card or other physical method.

If they are pooled together then how do they know if you are actually using them properly if you aren't feeding everyone at the same time????? at the resort can you get a printoff of how many of each are left (child vs. adult)?
I think I'm going to have to take a book to mark credits off or I'll totally lose track. My kids are not big eaters so we will likely be doing some sharing of our meals.

All that can be said is that the stated rule of Disney is that children's credits must be used to purchase children's menu meals wherever a child's menu is available.

I'm closing this thread now, as four posts have been deleted regarding the rules of the dining plan. It's policy of the restaurant boards that no discussion of circumventing Disney's rule that child credits be used to order from the children's menu is permitted.
