Possible to swap home resorts ??

Without going thru the process of selling original resort and buying into another,does anyone know if its possible to swap OKW with VWL just by paying the difference between original pt price and current VWL price ?

It would be exactly like you trading your house for your neighbors house. Legal documents, agreed upon price, filing fees, lawyers, etc. It is deeded property and Disney only buys back property as "a first right of refusal" when an offer is made too low, which is a great thing for all we owners since it helps to maintain our investment interests.
