Hi Kathy! Couple questions about your moat pics....first, though, they are very cool...I love to see "how they do it/ how it connects pics....makes me want to go exploring. Suppose security would have a problem with that?

My questions.... what are the blue draped structures to the left of one pic above some fencing? I can't place that area. And are those pipes or a track going down the centre of the moat in one pic (your fourth to last shot...the one with the cement brick holding one end). Wasn't there swan boats or something of that nature at one point? Could that have been part of it?

Again, very neat shots!

The Crystal Palace is covered in tarps and the bridge leading to it is being worked on. I am not sure if that is what is left of the Swan boats or not. That was before my Disney time. :)

Kathy (or others who have recently gone), have the presence of the crane and the draining of the moats had any effect on the overall atmosphere of MK? I'm going in a few weeks and am very curious...thanks...

I don't think so. The day I was taking the pictures no one was paying any attention to what I was taking pictures of.

Unless you spend a lot of time watching the water I doubt most people even noticed.
