There are 2 recipes for this included in our "Official Disney Recipe Exchange" thread. One is called "Tonga Toast" and it's served at the Polynesian. I don't know if you like blueberries, but there's also a similar recipe from the Wilderness Lodge for their blueberry stuffed french toast on page 81, post #1212: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1575103&page=81 I'm not a big fan of bananas, so this is what I make for our family when we need a Disney breakfast fix. ;)
