Where are the GV's located at OKW and are there any on the 1st floor or all of them 2nd and up?

There is only one first floor GV at OKW, and that is a handicapped accessible one in building 46. There are also 2 GVs in building 63 that has an elevator. One of those is also HA though. The HA GV units at OKW will be HA in the master only.
