It's Wiggle Time! - Update, Page 3. (Spoiler Alert!)

The WIGGLES update!

Today was a big day for the boys!

We did the Numbers Rhumba. Anthony wore a Mexican hat and played trumpet!

We made balls and snakes with colored dough. The best thing about it is you can make it at home!

While the guests were arriving for a barbecue, Murray spilled on his red shirt! He couldn't find a clean one :( He tried a black one which was too hot, so he picked a loud hawaiian one. No one recognized him! He had to prove to them who he was. He tried playing guitar and dancing for them, but he just wasn't as good as their friend Murray. :(

Happily, when Captain Feathersword's errant beach ball toss struck the laundry on the clothesline, Murray found his clean red shirt. After a quick change, everyone recognized him!

We celebrated by doing the monkey (dance).

It was a special day for Henry. He was so excited that he forgot he had already put his shoes on! He was going on a picnic with Jaques the Shark and the little fish. The octomobile was too small for them all, so they had the picnic in the front yard!

The Captain got flustered by Wags' messy habits. He decided Wags needs obedience lessons. Luckily he had an obedience kit on hand. The giant obediance whistle didn't work, until Wags tried it, and made the Captain clean up! What a turn of events!

Jeff wore an extra shirt to look like Henry, and we finished up with a rousing round of "Henry the Octopus"!

Kim, not to worry. :) The guy on the right is Paul Field, who works for the Wiggles. According to thewiggles.com, he took over for Anthony for a few days when Anthony was unable to perform. I think he did 2 shows.

Well, today, the Captain was showing off to the Boys, twirling his weapon, and he DROPPED HIS FEATHERSWORD!!! He tried again, and again, and it conked him on the head, making him a little Quackers.

A rousing rendition of Quack Quack Quack ensued.

We had some stories. Everyone looked as if they were really enjoying it. There were squishy squashy sounds as well. I'm gonna look for that book in the library. I think I'd like it.

Meanwhile, at the Wigglehouse, it was the Annual building blocks championship! Greg and Jeff vs Anthony and Murray. Exciting! Anthony and Murray took the lead with 4 blocks, Greg asked for time out, Henry blew a whistle, and we learned that Anthony does dome really strange things when he hears a whistle. Jeff had one final chance to take the lead with the clock running down, but..... He fell asleep!!!!!

Well, Greg thought quickly, and asked Dorothy to take Jeff's place. With a few seconds left, Dorothy built THE BIGGEST building block stack you could ever imagine. When asked what was going through her mind as she was building the winning structure, she replied, "Nothing!"

We learned that Greg is a Dancer! Nice Pirouettes, Boys!

Down in the Deep Blue Sea, it was a lovely morning. On his morning walk, Henry met Joey the crab, who was sad. Tough day at school learning the letters of the alphabet. They took a trip in the octomobile to see what they could see in the Sea! Why the letters from A through F, Anemone through Fish! (with the help of some fishy friends, of course!) What a clever game! What a clever Octopus!

Aboard the Good Ship Feathersword, Wags and the Cap'n were fishing (hope they don't catch Henry's friends!) Cap'n fell down several times while taching Wags the finer points of angling, clumsily setting his hook in inconvenient places. Finally he caught a big one! What did it turn out to be? Nothing but a rather outdated looking piece of slip-on mens footwear. Wags still ended up with more fish.

We then did paintings using droppers. The paint came out of the droppers, looking like rain! Singing and dancing ensued!

What will the Boys come up with next?

I'm a little nervous; They don't show up on the on-screen guide on the dish. There's just a blank spot in their time slot on weekdays. I hope they are here to stay, not just temporarily! :(

HAHAHA! FILE AN UPDATE!!! I'll wait for the printed version (while I sleep)!! :rolleyes: Even DD is starting to recognize our repeats as daily repeats! We have 3 'blank spots' every weekday also, that's how you guys have helped me 'find' them! 7am, 10:30am & 1:30pm/weekdays. I'll go program for 7am on Sat again but, DD won't be up that early! (I hope I'M not UP at that hour!) :(
