Photos from Disney Photographer

Hi,

I thought you might like to see some of the photos we had taken by Daryn, the Disney photographer. He was the 'secondary' photographer and we thought he did a brilliant job.

He was with us from the lobby at the Boardwalk until the champagne ceremony had finished.

Disney delivered the CD with over 200 photos on it, and a photo album, to our room the next day. It was a shame we didn't get to pick the photos that went into the album as there were some we would have preferred to others, but it was great to have it for the rest of the trip to look at.

I haggled at the bridal shop and got it for free when I ordered the dress. It is more like an alice band so I could wear it in different ways - I wasn't sure how I was going to have my hair as I was getting extensions so it basically suited any style.

Randy has put our up on his website and we absolutely love them. Can't wait to get the stuff in the post, although we can't remember what we get so it will be a surprise...

Oh I'm keeping these babies for as long as possible! I went back to the Studio last night to have the thin ones replaced and they practically did a re-instal for me.

The difference in humidity, temperature etc made a difference to the extensions and some of them went so thin there was just my hair and a bit of glue so now they are back to how they should be.

I was looking through them again last night on his website and more and more of them are standing out. He has Photoshopped a few of them and they are really good, but the 'normal' ones he took are excellent.

What I love about Randy's photos is that he gives you all of them and captures a moment. Some of them aren't perfect, ie Tim is looking at a shrub and I am looking at the camera, but they all mean something to us. With that one, Tim looked down as he saw a lizard. I said something about not looking at that reptile as we weren't paying him to take photos and it set us off in a fit of giggles.

So does that mean that the DPS photographer also comes & takes photos & you still get the album from DFTW? That would be great not to lose that.

Yes, the DPS photographer comes along on the day. It was a fairly new thing they started doing last year and we checked with Randy when Disney offered us that. He is fine with it as long as the photographer is the secondary.

We thought they worked really well together and the Disney photographer made sure we knew that Randy was to be our focus not him.

The photo album is really nice but I just wish we could have picked the photos we wanted in it.
