So, those of you that flew out of Orlando Airport, how early should we get to the airport now? and how long should we give ourselves to get there by a Limo service? (which by reports here would be ********)
thanks

We flew out of MCO on July 11th . . .our flight was at 1:45 p.m. We were there 1 1/2 hours prior to our flight . . .and were BORED out of our minds . . .They say you should arrive at least an hour and a half before you flight, but there weren't long lines and frankly how long can you possibly browse the shops? I felt it was way too long . . .next time I'm getting there one hour before my flight.

thanks! maybe it was the time of day or the day of the week? We're leaving Sunday at 6:50pm. Think it might be busier then? I hate waiting around in airports too, at that point I just want to get home.

We departed MCO this past Saturday at 6:35, actually delayed a few minutes by the storm but we got there about 2 hours prior and waited for quite some time and an aside: the airport was packed. BUT
We flew Delta and when we arrived, someone in the curbside luggage checkin line said the line inside to check in and check luggage was horrendous. It was. We checked at curbside in a line of about 8-10 and that is why we ended up getting through check-in so quickly and waiting. If we had to stand in that line at the Delta counter, we may have missed our flight. ;) Maybe not but uck, I had stood in plenty of lines all week. Wasn't in the mood for another one. :o
Go curbside with at least an hour prior and you should be fine!!

Thanks!! that works out perfectly because we're also flying Delta. I wanted to give us plenty of time to get there but not get there too early. Now I just have to plan what we're doing on our last day.
