Three bedroom suites,hotels or villas really close to the parks???

I have been looking at Bonnet Creek. It's on Disney Property, but not owned by them. You can look at it at vacationupgrades.com. I emailed them for the information & a two bed room is 120.00 a night.

try looking on the DVC boards people rent / sell there points there , that way you can stay on Disney property and still get all the Disney perks ( emh, magic express ) and 2 bedroom villa is about 200 to 580 points depending on what resort you stay at and what time of year you go

We just got back from a stay at Marriott Imperial Palms. All 3 bedroom units with 2 baths.

Master with King
2nd with queen and pull out sofa
3rd with two twins
pull out sofa in living room

VERY NICE units. If you know anyone that has a time share and has an II account have them check out the getaways. I was able to get mine on trade and the other two units I purchased for other's on the trip. Their cost ran about $650 for the week! BUT, you must know someone who has this kind of access.

Have you thought about renting a house? You may be surprised how reasonably priced they are and you get privacy!

Google Romancing the Mouse they are a great family run company and their houses are very close to the parks.
