beware toluna!!!!

Hi,
Just a warning to all that do surveys, toluna - the company that bought my2cents and greenfield does not pay out! Be careful when cashing out from them. I have been waiting over 5 months for my "my2cents" payout and a check for a survey I did for greenfield (figures these idiots take over 2 of the companies I do surveys with, go figure!) So just a warning, all I get from them is some badly worded emails that do not resolve the problem and blame everything on the "mergers". Anybody have any good experiences with this company with payouts? Maybe it is just me? I like to let everyone know that I had trouble with a company so that you can be aware and protect yourselves. Surveys can take alot of time to do and you should get your pay without a hassle.

I've never done surveys directly through them, but I do Greenfiled and My2Cents through SR, and they credit daily / Mondays over weekend.

Haven't had any issues yet, fingers crossed.

I did cash out with my 2 cents right before they changed names and it did take along time to get my check. I also don't like how they have changed the point scale like twice that I can remember since the takeover. I'm not sure that I will keep doing those surveys cause as you said they do take forever and sometimes you still don't get all the points promised. I do hope that you get your check/cash out. Don't give up until you do. Good luck.

Funny that you mentioned the point change, I noticed that too and cancelled my membership after it took 2 months time to get my cash from my former my2cents account, when it was my2cents payouts were fast (for me anyway). I had thought I was done with "toluna" but now I see they took over greenfield which is who I was waiting for my reward from, only to find out NO!!!!! toluna bought them too!! LOL!! I really am not counting on ever receiving my check, with a customer service email that does not even address my issues (sounds like my congressman) I don't think they care. Has anyone had a good response from them?

I have gotten 2 $10 checks from Toluna. It took so long I forgot I requested them, but they did come. Hopefully yours will too.

I do the surveys on Quickrewards and redeem them for Disney gift cards!! They are fast to credit and to ship your rewards.
