I am signed up on WDW.com for GAD/GAD. I have chosen my activity to volunteer for and have signed up for it and have been confirmed by the organization. When I go to "Manage My Account" on Disney's website it has me down as the Lead Volunteer but under the "Action Required" column it says "Go to HandsOn Network to schedule a volunteer activity." I contacted the organization I am volunteering for and they have me down to work for them. Have I missed a step or is there any way to contact Disney to get this straightened out? I don't mind helping out the organization but I would hate to not get my voucher for a park pass. Can anyone help me out?

You should have gotten an email from handsonnetwork that sends you a link to them to record your scheduled time to volunteer so they can set aside a disney voucher for you. Then after you volunteer, the organization will contact handsonnetwork and they will contact disney.

A similar thing is happening to me...I'm hoping its a glitch not just my screw up:headache: I went through the sign-up process and filled in my date for completion and now when I go to manage my account it says nothing, no pending volunteer dates or anything:sad2: I'm freaking out cuz we completed and turned in the 10 blankets for our family TODAY! Anyone have some words of encouragement that it will be OK?

Just a thought, but there have been reports of some browsers having a problem with the website. Firefox seems to work just fine, so if you suspect it's actually a website problem, it might be worth trying that if you're currently on something else. Good luck!
