View Full Version : Tram
Disney seems to do a good job moving people from the parking lots to the main gates. Would a small tram from the rear of OKW building 55 to Downtown Disney make any sense, or would it just ruin a nice quiet walking area and raise the dues. I am a new owner at OKW and haven't gone looking for the walkway yet.

In my opinion it would ruin a nice quiet walk plus increase the dues. I think that the boat and bus rides to DD are sufficent. I walk the path every time I go to OKW, and I for one would not like to see trams using it! I would rather see a walkway put in that is safe to walk over to Dixie Landings!

The walkway is not really suitable for that type of vehicle...and would make walking very difficult in addition.
While some have suggested that they don't like the buses, I have always found the bus from OKW to DD very efficient. It runs pretty much every 20 minutes all day long. (When TL is open the trip does take a few extra minutes to stop there.)
I suspect that the walkway will remain just that- without encouraging any vehicular traffic besides the Treehouse Villa golf carts.
