Cruise with points/cash combination question?

Getting ready to make that 1st DVC ressie as soon as we close. We're doing the 7 day cruise next year and will probably end up doing points for 2 adults/cash for DD. Question though, what are the payment terms for the cash guest? Is it billed at time of ressie or due 60 days prior to sailing as it would be if booked thru a travel agent? Just wondering...

Yes the $75 exchange fee and the cash fares are due at the time you book.
