Has anyone stayed at this hotel before? What can you tell me? Are the suites small? How do they compare to the HIFS? I found a rate of $75 per night. Is this a good deal or should I just stick with the HIFS? I have 2 small children (3 & 5). Please help.

We stayed here 2 yrs. ago. $75 is a great rate, but I think you
would enjoy the HIFS more. The pool is very small and not many
chairs or shade areas. The breakfast is very crowded! No
activities for kids when we were their. The set up is similar to
an Embassy Suite room if you ever stayed at one. Good Luck!!

Mousey,
Thanks for the info. I think I'll take your advice and stick with the HIFS. My son loves trains and I know that he will love the HIFS! Just wondering though, how big are the suites at BVS compared to those at HIFS?

The HIFS are much larger! The Buena Vista Suites have a back
bedroom and a front sitting area with a pull out--the bathroom
is sort of in the middle. The kids suite at HIFS has a king size
bedroom, kids room with bunk beds (some also have a cot that
pulls down) and a living room with a pull out. It is much more
roomier. HIFS is much more geared to keep the kids happy.
Did you get a good deal at HIFS?

Mousey,
Thanks again for the info re suite sizes. I got a rate of $125 per night. Does anyone out there know of a better rate for the timeframe 8/7-8/19?

What I have learned from this forum is that you have to ask for entertertainment rate. If you get a discount, then get the "Enterntainment book", which costs about 20-30, but has tons of other cupons as well.
