FYI!!!! New Attraction to Open Fri at MGM!!!!

This was in todays' Orlando Sentinel

Disney-Mgm Studios opens its Get Happy With ABC attraction Friday w/ appearances by ABC stars Drew Carey, John Ritter, Katey Sagal, Bonnie Hunt Gordon Clapp and Bill Brochtrup There will be a 10:15 am opening ceremony outside ABC Television Theater and a 3 pm celebrity motorcade..

So I wonder if there will be a pin released???

sounds like a big deal but this is the first I heard of it. This brings to mind a new question.

Do most of you purchase pins because you like that particular pin? Or is it the fact that there is a "new" pin available? Do you just get any pin that is newly released? Or are you more picky?

He is such a player, always with two women on his arms, but now that he has had a heart attack and surgery he might need a nurse to take care of him.

Me...I'm going after John Ritter...he has been my favorite for years...and if I can't bring him home, I guess I will settle for his autograph..

I do believe that this show is temporary, thru the beginning of October, I think, as it previews the fall ABC line up of their "get Happy" prime time shows.

That is right, but who cares...we get to see stars..(they are stars aren't they) maybe get a pin, who knows..maybe an autograph, to put w/ our pin...we are so easily entertained down here..:p

And I get a chance to try to bring home John Ritter Woo Hoo

We just got home about half an hour ago or so.

They had a preview of the fall line-up at the ABC theater. The celebrities came out & talked a little about their shows this fall. The show preview was about half an hour or so. At the end, everyone came out on stage & 2 people from the audience were able to ask 1 question to anyone.

Then they went out by the hat & did live to tape tapings & interviews for stations around the country.

Theres a motorcade going on right now...but we left...too hot.

All was not lost, I did get Drew Carey's autograph before he left!!! :p I so happy, love him!

Here I was all dressed and ready to go, and I get stuck showing my house, and am stuck here ALL day...and can't go on my mission of kidnapping John, and bringing him home w/ me, now I don't even hae a lousy autograph either (small soft sobs)

I might have made it, and I should have been suspicious when this family showed up at my front door w/ their bathing suits, floats, and the bbq..they just wanted to try the pool, and see if it suited their family....but for FOUR hours????

I guess it serves me right for not using the remote camera entry..live and learn....
BUT!!!! Miss Lady Princess Not Made For Multitasking Amber, YOU and I will need to have a LITTLE talk:mad:
