If you walk at a normal pace 10-15 min. Just guessing, the bus stop
would be about 1/3 of the total distance.

I think it would probably be close to 3/4 of a mile from the marina to Meadow, and about a half mile from Settlement to Meadow. Of course, you don't have to walk all of it. If you find you're getting tired, just stop at the next bus stop and catch a bus.
