We made a reservation last August for a premium site for March 20-27, 2010.
A week after we made our reservations, family members decided to go with us. They made a reservation for a premium site as well. We gave them our confirmation number to give when reserving their site so we could be together. Can we get 2 sites next to each other? We will be traveling together and arriving together. We also both have premium sites. They told us our reservations are linked to each other. Just nervous they will mess up the reservation and separate us. Any advise?
Thanks in advance.

To be on the safe side, I would recommend that about 4-5 days prior to your arrival, you both fax a request to the Fort, nicely reminding them that you'd like sites that are together.
There's a standard fax form floating around on this forum somewhere, but I can't put my finger on it at the moment.

if you aren't going at a busy time (holidays) you should have no problem. But just to be safe also either call or fax your request ahead of time.

RE: Reservation # xxxxxxxx
I am really looking forward to my stay at the Ft. Wilderness Resort and Campground and am writing about campsite requests. I do understand that these are only requests and cannot be guaranteed.
If possible, I would like a site in Loop xxxx or Loop xxxx with a site that will accomodate the following: (list your "stuff" here) and near (whatever you want to be near).
Thanks so much for your help, and once again I’m really looking forward to my visit to Ft. Wilderness Resort and Campground.
If you have any questions, I can be reached at xxx-xxx-xxxx or by email at xxx@xxx.xxx

Dont be so hyper about it,,after the ressies and request are made, call every so often and confirm your request,,,then PRAY A LOT. For some reason Disney has screwed up a lotta ressies this past year.
Welcome to the boards HYPER36, :thumbsup2

I would fax it to them first then call about a day later (4 days before arrival). They print out the guest arrivals about 5 days ahead of time, that way they will have the reservation in hand and will physically put them together. I have had up to a group of six sites before & they were able to get us all in the same area of a loop with only 2 other campers mingled within us.
Their number is 407-824-2900 and ask for room assignments extension.

I finally saved this as a word doc. If you want a full hookup I think this is important to request. I only like the 1700 loop but would ask for 1800 if 1700 wasn't available. If you have a pop up 1500 would be the 1st request if you wanted to be near the Meadows.

Just don't expect the 1700 loop anytime near the weekend that church has a grand gathering in October.

I am interested in staying in the full hook up sites, can you share your reasons for liking the 1900 loop. Also, comments on sites would be appreciated
Thanks
