Rabbit was waiting at the bottom of the escalators with a neon pink sign. He helped with the bags and showed us where to wait for him. He returned promptly in a nice, airconditioned van. I was with my mother and grandmother. My grandmother was using her wheelchair and Rabbit had no problem fitting it into the van with our luggage. We arrived at the AKL with no problems. The night before our departure Rabbit called to confirm with us at the AKL. He was waiting for us when we checked out. He was on top of all the traffic situations. There were big traffic problems this morning and parts of the highway were closed. He knew just where to go to avoid any problems. Rabbit was friendly and professional. My grandma is a big fan of his now.:D I just spoke with her on the phone and she was wondering where Rabbit might be driving right now!:) We would use them again.

I agree totally that Your ride is great. Poor Rabbit had to wait for us for up to an hour for us to get off our cruise ship and not once did he complain. I felt totally guilty (even though it couldn't be helped) and he was nothing but gracious. I look forward to using his services in September with our family trip. I would recommend them to everyone. :)

We will probably be using Your Ride (unless National car rates go down allot between now and then) in September/October so thank you for the positive review. Are we allowed to request Rabbit as our driver?

If you mean the stretch limo...we booked awhile back for our upcoming October trip and it was $170.00 roundtrip. I can't wait to see the look on my husband's face when he see that stretch limo waiting for us.:p
