Who to contact at DVC concerning an extremely rude tour guide???

We are DVC members at the BWV. On December 30, we planned our day around checking out the BLT which is open to members from 2:00 to 4:00.
Unfortunately, our tour guide was UNBELIEVABLY nasty. It has been bothering me ever since this happened and I feel that I should inform someone of this experience. Does anyone know whom I should contact? I would prefer it to be someone in management in charge of these guides. Any advice would be most appreciated! Thanks!

You can give Ron Allen a call at: (800) 800-9100. If the Guide doesn't work for him, he can refer you to the correct Manager.

We noticed some not to Disney like Guide behavior at BLT last August. In December the BLT Guide that we talked to was more professional.
