Transfer paper questions??

What transfer paper do you use? I am searching around trying to find the best and easiest to use. I don't want them to fade off, I know even after our trip to Disney we wear them ALL the time!!

I see Michaels has some, has anyone used them?? Any other suggestions??

I just made 23 shirts using Amy's transfers (www.amymickey.com), and they were SO EASY to use. I had never done anything like this before, but I had no problems using these! :goodvibes

I use Avery and get them at Sams club, white shirt transfers 18 for $18.18 and they have Avery dark shirt transfers 5 for $11.56. Mine have seemed to hold up good but i did also follow some suggestions on this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=892906 I have heard a lot of good things about the above website mentioned.

I have used a lot of transfer papers...Avery, HP, and several generic brands from Wal-mart and Hobby Lobby. The best transfers that I have found are Amy's at www.amymickey.com. They cost more but you won't have problems with colors running when they get wet or cracking like most store brands. Unfortunately, you will have to get Amy's online...I'm not certain where hers come from so everyone gets them from her.

I tried all kinds and they never lasted past a few washes. This is the second time I'm using the ones from Amy M_I_C_K_E_Y and have not any problems. DD still wears the shirt I made for her birthday almost a year ago using her transfers and it still looks brand new after tons of washes. I just ordered some last week on Monday and had them by WED already!

I just ordered 20 sheets from Amy!
I would rather they last, we wear our shirts forever! Her sheets are still cheaper than taking them to the tshirt shop and having them done! So this year I am going to do them thanks to all the wonderful ideas and designs I have gotten from here!! I can't wait for them to come!! :banana:
