We are staying at the airport Hyatt the night b4 our Nov. 23 cruise and had planned on taking the Disney bus to the port. I just saw this in another post about choosing between a limo & the bus and now I am nervous! I did not know it stopped at a bunch of hotels! "Then I pointed out all the hotels that we'd be stopping at along the way if we were on Disney's buses, as we drove to the grocery store". Is this true? Are we making a bunch of stops? Also, this poster said the lines at MCO were really long to board. I had not heard that before. Your expert opinions would be much appreciated!

No, the Airport Hyatt bus is the airport to ship bus. No stops.

As Dave said, there are no stops. As for the line, it all depends...we haven't taken the bus for a long time, but when we used to, it was a crapshoot. It would get really long when a couple of planes had come in. The most we waited was for two buses to leave before we could board, and the least was just walk right on. It's all a matter of timing, and almost impossible to judge. Since you are right at the Hyatt, go as early as possible.

Barb and Dave,

We are flying in the night before and staying at the Hilton Garden Inn with FF points. Our plan is to catch an early morning shuttle back to the airport Sat morning. WebMaster Michelle said that buses start running to the port between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. I wouldn't think the line would be long at that early hour. What do you think?

So if you are being picked up at one of the Disney resorts - do you end up having to go to ALL of them before you head off to the ship??

we stayed at the Hyatt last January. We were the first bus into the port terminal, and there were no stops along the way!

When we stayed at the Hyatt the night before we were given a specific time to be down in the lobby, about 9:30. We were given a ticket, we were minnie I think. When there was a full bus we left (within 10 minutes). The busses were not shared with people that came in from the airlines and in a little over an hour from checking out of the hotel we were at the port.

We took the DCL transfers for our trip in May. We did the land/sea portion, and there was absolutely no line at the airport for the bus to the resorts. There was one for the airport/cruise terminal though.

When we departed the resort for the terminal, we stopped at only one other resort, however, it was full, so even if there were other stops planned, there wouldn't have been room for others. I'm a bit torn as to if we should take the DCL transfers on our next trip, it was great to have all of your luggage handled for you, the busses were comfortable, but we didn't get to the terminal until nearly 2 oclock. I think I might prefer to have the extra time aboard the ship!
