About Making Changes

I would like to know if you book your resort now (for a July 2003) vacation and there are discount codes and better deals, can you make these changes? Is there any advantage to booking early or waiting?

You can book your room early if you want, and then convert to the code rate. We booked our room for December at POFQ in April and converted it to the code rate this week. The room that I booked was a Disney Club room, so I already had a discount and they applied the code.

By booking my room, I got the hotel that I wanted to stay in. POFQ is small, and it is our favorite, so I wanted to make sure that I got the hotel.

I guess the only advantage to waitingis that you don't have to pay a deposit so far in advance.

I already booked my room for next June. I haveAP but I was told all I have to do is call back and when they have that AP code they will rebook if that code is available. I never did it so far in advance but I figured i try it this year.:)

I changed a DC reservation to a code discount yesterday. They actually had to cancel the DC reservation and rebook it since they are on separate systems. My CBR reservation went from $147 rack rate (incl tax) to $118 DC to $94 code.:)
