Mint Matchbooks?

I've been searching and searching and can't find the thread I once had bookmarked on my old laptop (it has since gotten destroyed :() for the mint matchbooks to give to CM's at WDW. anyone know where I can locate these? Thanks!

for the mint matchbooks you use the individually wrapped lifesaver mints...i don't have a pic of a finished one though :(

Here is a pic of the ones Fivepin (Judy) did for her son's Valentines day at school.
a single lifesaver mint is used .
Just fold like a matchbook.
