Looking to Maximize our Dining plan 1 TS/1 CS / 1 snack per day plan..any advice on how to get the best usage....ie: at Breakfast use a snack credit for a bagel w/cream cheese (Someone just suggest it to me). Thanks for your help in advance :)

the bakery on Main Street in MK is awesome! We got a HUGE cinnamon roll to split and only used a snack credit. It filled us up until lunch. We are going to do the same thing this trip and also use Starring Rolls in HS for a snack credit breakfast.

We've typically not used the credits for breakfast...we've bought packaged oatmeal or cereal and buy milk there....in our opinion it saves time too...

Plus...you get to keep the snack credit for Dole Whips!

If you aren't going to eat your CS dessert right away, save it for a snack later on. Don't try to save any of the little cakes--they get destroyed while you're walking around. Get the chocolate chip cookie instead. It's wrapped and transports well.

Pizza Planet had Mickey Rice Krispie treats as a dessert option, and those carried really well. If you're eating at your resort food court, almost every dessert besides ice cream will keep well in your room. The fresh fruit cup keeps well in a cooler.

Another idea--use snack credits to buy yummy pastries on your way out of a park, then place them in a gallon sized Ziplock bag back in your room to save them for breakfast the next day.

Like Heatherandnick said, those cinnamon rolls from the Main Street bakery are awesome. Buy one on your way out of the MK and you'll have a tasty breakfast the next day for two people. (They're very large.)

You can do the same thing with school bread from Norway on your way out of Epcot. Or a croissant from France.

If you're going during the hot weather, I recommend eating at Sunshine Seasons. It's air-conditioned, and the desserts are beyond belief! The food is really excellent there. It's as good or better than many TS restaurants.

You can use 1 CS at the Bakery for 2 drinks and 2 CMN rolls or turnovers...
My DD do that a lot and also split a CS Lunch. It works out great.

Don't get a CS meal for each person in your party - split them.

We have 3 pp - 2 adults and 1 ten year old - for lunch we'll order 2 CS meals and have plenty of food for everyone. Before we go on our trip I "divide" up our CS, TS and snack credits into days so they are spread out nicely throughout the trip and we don't pay OOP for anything.

so one day might be TS - breakfast, 2 CS lunch, 2 CS dinner, 2 snacks for day

another day might be - bfast 2 snack credits, 2 CS lunch, TS dinner

etc
