Bonnet Creek rental on Ebay?

I see the week I want on Ebay for BC - 2/2 $699. I'm unsure renting on Ebay though, and seller has only 6 other listings (100% positive feedback). Can I do better renting somewhere else?

Go to the Wydham owners website(you can google it) there is a thread for rentals. I got a week in the beginning of Feb for $400.00!:thumbsup2 1 bedroom
