Does anyone have a favorite DLRP/London/Paris visitor guide, especially one geared toward children?

Thanks!

Jessica

You'll find most people on here will recommend the Brits Guide by Simon Veness
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Guide-Disneyland-Resort-2010-2011-Guides/dp/0572035667/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1263049770&sr=8-2

Looks like the 2010 edition isn't out yet so it depends when you need it, you may need to buy 2009 version.

The writers of the Unofficial Guide to WDW are completely rewriting their DLP guide. I have it and agree with them that it is not a patch compared to the WDW guide. So looking forward to it :)

That therefore leaves IMHO only the Brits guide to DLP from Simon and Susan Veness as worth buying as a DLP guide book.

There used to be a great children's series called The Knapsack Guides. We had ones to DLRP and London. I don't think they are in print anymore but if you search on Bookbutler, Amazon or eBay you will find there are inexpensive used ones for sale.

Hi folks, - just as a quick update, it looks like the new DLP Brit Guide should be delivered at the end of the month, which means it should be in all bookshops in plenty of time for the Easter hols (fingers crossed!).

Hi, I have pre-ordered the Brits Guide from Amazon and have today had an email to say it will be dispatched sooner than first expected. The new date of arrival is 26 Feb. I can't wait to get it and study it for our March trip! Hope this helps someone.

Thanks! We're also going in March and I was holding off not sure whether we'd get it in time. According to Amazon they are in stock and my delivery estimate was 24-26 Feb.

The Unofficial Guide to Disneyland Paris is available to pre-order from Amazon here (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Unofficial-Guide-Disneyland-Paris-Sehlinger/dp/0470683317/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1266443580&sr=8-1).

This is a great book for WDW so hoping that they give the same treatment to DLP :thumbsup2
