Cast: Me - DH 25 & Her - DW 24
Date: Spring Break (March 17 - 24)

The saddest day is always the day you wake up, knowing that your bags are packed and your *breaks into song* "Leaving, on a Jet Plane....". We got up, did our morning routine and, with our towncar arriving at 10:30am, waited for the bell-person to help us with our luggage. We checked out and did a survey for a Cast Member standing outside CBR doing "vacation summary" surveys. We even chuckled a little when the Mears shuttle pulled up (not because it's a bad way to travel, simply because we had the inside track using a town car service - we knew we'd probably arrive at MCO before they did :) ).

We breezed through the check-in lines (because we were on a small carrier - Midwest Express) and marvelled at how long the United lines were, they had to be at least 300 yards long. For our line, there were just two people ahead of us when we got there. Soon we were on our way, looking at the wonderful southeastern climate from 30000 feet.

When we arrived back to the sharply cold weather of the Midwest, it was about 40 degrees and dropping. There hadn't been any snow in awhile, which was fortunate because we had to drive back to Lincoln (35 minute drive), but we knew something was amiss. Then, as we unpacked at home in Lincoln, the gentle snowflakes began to fall. As if taunting us, knowing that we were just in 80 degree tropical bliss, the snow continued to fall until almost ten inches had massed on the driveway, sidewalks, house roof, etc.. What a welcome back that was.

Well - thanks for tuning in and reading about all of our adventures.

Three words.

We Love Disney.

thanks for the report Crichton, very enjoyable. I'm so glad I live in GA. I'd be thoroughly depressed coming back to all that brrrr weather. I'm way too tropical. Thanks again for the camera info, I'm working on it.
** Wendy_Darling it's a "Sony DSC-831 with a 64MB Ramstick and that allows it to get 900 pics. camera ^$219 best buys and ramstick ^$60. Plan your next trip now guys. :p

Thanks magic teacup!

I have a sony digital video camera that also takes digital pictures but they are awful - not enough pixels! So I have been thinking of buying a digital camera for our upcoming Polynesian trip - that camera is definitely affordable - cool!

Thank you all for your kind words and for taking the time to read the trip reports. Disney is very special to DW and I, and we enjoy sharing our time with all of you. We often dream of quitting our jobs and becoming cast members at WDW just so we can be there more often!
