So, I have a PDA for My DS17 for yearbook due on Monday. Here is the set up...

He and his friend since kindergarten are sharing a page, 1/2 each. We are very close and she calls me mom. Her mom and I are both using a pic of them together along with individual pics.

So here is my problem. I have 2 quotes that I want to use. Please my DIS friends, can you help me make a nice presentation using both? The quotes are:

You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. A. A. Milne

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. And today, today is a Gift. That's why we call it the Present. Unknown

HELP! I want this to be nice, and I keep tearing up...it's HORRIBLE!!

Is there ay way possible you can "wrap" them around the top 1/2 of the pictures? With the you are braver being around his pic and the other around the picture of them with the other. I'm assuming that you have other things on his 1/2 to put on as well.

It is an ad in the yearbook for someone normally graduating although most schools will allow people to buy them for anyone as long as the pictures and wording are not inappropriate.

The only creative license I have is the wording. Everything else is yearbook driven. So I can say the remember one first then say the gift one...something like that...

I just don't know how to get it all in the space and be meaningful, and I just keep  so that isn't helping at all...

Sorry...

PDA is Public Display of Affection, and in this case it means that the parents can get mushy with the senior in the yearbook, and all their friends will see it. I'm buying 1/2 the page and my friend is buying the other 1/2. I asked the editor if the kids can be on the same page so the pics can relate and she was all for it.

So my friend thinks she has a pic of them holding hands in kindergarten, and I have a homecoming pic from 2 yrs ago, so they can relate that way. I also have 3 other pics in DS17's side to pick for a total of 4...

I guess I'm stressing because this is his forever high school yearbook, and I don't want to mess things up...KWIM?

We had to have our PDA ("Senior AD") turned in December 4th. I personally like the first one..but that is just me.... I'd almost use it as the "closer" before signing our names.... I know writing my DsS's was very hard.... Dh just read it said "looks good" and went on.. I stressed about it...
 I know what you are going through.

Thanks Nan. I'm now thinking that the 2nd quote just isn't going to fit. I've been looking for good friendship quotes...

I like that the idea o the A.A.Milne qoute being right before the love mom and dad...

Still stressing...
