We have booked a split stay, 7 nights at BCV and 1 final night at Yacht Club. We have the deluxe dining plan booked for the first 7 nights and no dining plan booked when we change resorts. My question is: When we check out of the BCV on Sunday will we still have access to dining credits that we have left until midnight of that night or will we lose them becuae we are checking into the Yacht Club the same day we are checking out of BCV. I know that we will have several credits left so I am hoping that we will be able to use them the day we check-out and then check -in again. Does anyone know the policy in regard to dining plan with split stays? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!! THANKS!

Dining credits are usable until midnight of the day you check out. I don't think there's any way for the dining system to "know" that you've checked into another Disney resort. Use 'em up! :thumbsup2

We've done this, keeping a couple of extra CS credits free for the last day too in addition to a TS if we haven't used them all yet. Since we tend to split a few large CS meals during the week it's easy to have leftover credits.

We use the TS credit for dinner on the day we check out of the first resort, credits are good until midnight. During the same day we pick up some CS to go (sandwiches with mustard or mayo on the side so the bread doesn't get soaked) at Epcot, walk back to the resort to put it in the fridge at BC/YC where we usually like to end our trips, and enjoy it for lunch at the pool the next day along with some extra snacks we got during the first stay.

You need to keep the key cards from the Yacht Club stay and use them to pay for meals on your last day, if you have any dining credits left over.
