since I am the keeper of the speedos, I just might have to bring a few extra speedos down with me for the event and assign them to those who Can't keep their mouth shut! lol
We may even have a Speedo fashion show. Once we get the two who WIN to model their suits then we can get the rest of you into them also. Peggie

You know we love you and all that is said on these boards is said in jest.
I guess if I win.... or lose as the case may be, I will do the rightful thing and show up in a speedo. But I am counting on everyone not to vote for me, Jeff and Ed would make much better Speedo candidates and I don't know if they make Speedos with skirts and tops???
Jeff and Lauree are doing their darndest to get everyone involved in this event and the GPApart 2. We all have to participate in something, so either you get out there on the dance floor or put on a Speedo. Peggie

I was going to vote for Raul....but then I checked the results and poor AZ Jeff only had two...:( .....I wouldn't want him to feel "unloved by the masses," :cool: so I cast my vote for Jeff.

As I was working on the On-line Great Pin Adventure II, I was trying to think of ways that those who could not attend personally could somehow be connected to the event. I thought about implementing a "Proxy Speedo Wearer" program where an on-line participant would pair with someone who would be attending in person. The on-line participant would send a speedo with trader swimwear to a partner who would be attending in person. I would then create tassles that would be attached to the bottom of the on-line participant's speedo

The person going to the event would then wear two speedos, one for themself and the other for their proxy partner. Tassles could then be traded for the person who is not in attendance. At the end of the event, the person attending would send the speedo, newly traded tassle, and bills from their therapist back to the on-line participant giving them the excitement of having a speedo with a different set of tassles. While at the Great Pin Adventure, we will try to get pictures of some of the proxy speedos so that people can see their swimwear attending the event. I am curious whether anyone would be interested in such an arrangement?

I would like to nominate Malcolm to be my speedo proxy should the need arise that I am forced to wear one.

Don't you worry, if you are chosen as the Speedo wearer I will make sure to bring along a might fine Speedo for you. And if Malcom wants one then I can give you two, you can trade tassels, or hang them wherever your little heart desires, and then give him one of them.
We all will make sure you feel reeeeaaaaallll comfortable in the Speedo, no one will make fun of you, I promise.
And, if you do the Speedo modeling, then they will have to pick on, sorry, choose someone else to pray to the gods. You would have done enough entertaining for the entire weekend. Peggie

I too at first was shy. (YES I WAS) but after a month or two of all the things they made me do at these events, a speedo would not even phase me in the least. You too will see the light.
