Good MS experience

I am very happy to say that today I called MS and had a wonderful experience. I was on hold for less than a minute and then was able to change my ressie from OKW to WLV with no problems. We now will be staying in a 1 bedroom at the WLV for our 10th aniversity in Oct!!!!
