Why do I always get choosen for the survey?

I don't think there's a random process even though everytime I call it says I've been randomly selected. Every single time I call I get the survey message. They should realize I don't want to take the stupid survey.:headache:

The message used to say "You have been randomly chosen..." but now says "You have been chosen..." so it seems that everyone who calls MS now gets offered the survey.

I usually take the survey unless I am in a real hurry or driving. I have been very fortunate to get outstanding CM's most of the time and I like to recognize their efforts. I also do the survey for those that I think could use a little help in having the Disney Magic.

Maybe they need to do that to get enough people to actually take it.

I get it 100% of the time as well. I only stay on the line if the CM went above and beyond their job duty or if they did the complete opposite.

Since I get "selected" everytime I call, I just assumed they ask everyone. I usually do the survey if I have time b/c I figure so many people don't go it.
