Yes I believe the VWL and the WL use the same buses.

there is only one bus stop at the WL property and all the resort guests (WL and VWL) utilize it.

Also, the WL buses also make stops at the Poly and GF. About the tix discount you are refering to the 10% UMP discount that DVC members receive on this type of ticket media.

We have stayed at WL many times (and we're heading down next month for our first VWL/DVC stay!!)

A clarification on the bus service...not all buses stop at the Poly/Floridian. This will happen on the DD/Blizzard Beach routes but if you're going to another park, it's a direct route. You'll love it, it's a great place!!!

Yes, the WL and VWL use the same bus system.

My wife and I recently stayed at the VWL, which we thought were great, and found the location of the bus stop to be really convenient to the villas. It's really just a very short walk!

but in early the MGM bus did stop at the Poly and GF. It may be seasonal but it did happen.

When we stayed at the Poly last year most of the busses stopped at both WL and GF. We didn't take the bus to DD or BB at all.

Also if I remember correctly sometimes FW busses also stop at WL....can't recall the circumstances though.

We just got back from the Lodge (and hope to buy into the Villas this weekend - YIPPEE). Some buses went directly to various parks, some stopped at GF and Poly. We actually hopped on the Poly/GF buses more than once, got off to do a little hotel exploration (the new Poly pool was still under construction but very impressive), and then took the monorail to the parks. Overall, bus trans. at WL was very convenient and wait times weren't bad at all.

The bus to Epcot would be direct, that is NOT stopping at GF and Poly, cause they are on the monorail loop, and to MK you can take the ferry. The buses to MGM, animal kingdom, and DD share.
