Beach House rentals in New Jersey

We have a group of 10 people and are looking for a beach house to rent in New Jersey for a week this summer. (Open to where- Cape may, Stone Harbor or even LBI) Needs to be handicap accessible. We are outgrowing the house we used to rent and I can't find anything that is not an extreme amount of money and handicap accessible. Any ideas?

We always loved LBI , but last three vacations have been to Ocean City NJ. The houses tend to be newer and seem to get more for your money than LBI. Go to Berger realty's website, you can view the houses inside and out online before you call. OC is very family friendly and has a great boardwalk. The south end is beautiful, quiet. Just do not stay too far from the beach (you can also view locations on the website)!:) (They have a large inventory of homes, hopefully you can find what you need!)
