Activities at Kadani Village

Hello,
I have heard of some great activities to do during our stay at AKL! (Kadani Village) I was wondering about what time the storytelling is and is it every night? I was also wondering about viewing the animals with the night vision glasses. Is this only on certain nights and what time would that be?
Thank you in advance! I am trying to plan some park days and I want to make sure to be at the hotel sometime for these activities.

According the activity guide we got Sunday, storytelling is at 7:15 pm at Kidani Rock, and apparently every day.

Night vision goggles are only listed on the Jambo House activity guide, and takes place at Uzima Overlook from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

I don't know if these times change seasonally. Hope this helps a little :goodvibes

we just returned last week and we had stayed at Kidani. There are lots of activities that you can participate in at both Jambo and Kidani. The night vision googles at Jambo is neat...you share with others on the observation patio- there are not individual sets for use, but there are guides (cast members) assisting your use and helping to point out animals. We saw a giraffe in a cluster of trees- with out the help of the cast member we would have missed it as it was well camoflauged...

The resort is beautiful and most of the staff is from parts of africa, making it even more authentic....

When we were there in Oct there we activites every day. One day it was bingo by the pool. The other day it was trivia. Other times they have things in the community hall. It never did seem very busy.

It can't hurt to ask at Kidani for the night vision goggles. They were available for use in November. They are not the super strong goggles at AKL but still worked great!

Don't forget to check out the community hall if you have kids. My two loved this place and had to be bribed to leave!

Camp Kidania is 9-11 am and 3:30 -7:30 pm
What's in Your Beach Bag is M-TH 3-4 pm
Board Game Night is Sun-Tue-Th 5-7pm
