Just Started Collecting Vinylmation 3" figures

Hello to all, its awesome to see a site like this where people can talk about and trade these awesome little figures. I first got into these kinda of figures from hasbro's mighty muggs and when we went to disneyland yesterday my fiance and I saw these and new we had to start to collecting these to. Was wondering what adivce you had for collecting these to a couple of newbies like us? Would love to hear what stratgies or anything you all have for collecting these? We got a season pass so we will be going a lot to collect these so I hope to hear from you all.:rotfl:

Welcome to the addicting world of vinylmation!!!! My husband and I got bit by the bug back in June and haven't stopped yet, although with so many of them being released this year we're already rethinking our collecting strategy.

When we first started we originally focused on just the 9" figures and only got a few 3" figures here and there, but now we're thinking that it will be easier to just get a case of 3" figures and only the 9" figures that we really like. The 3" figures don't take up quite as much room either. We had unit with 4 shelves and it's already full of nothing but vinyls. We're looking for another unit or looking at wall shelves.

This year has so many releases coming out that there's no way to continue getting all of them. The easiest thing to do is just focus on what you like, that's what we're doing. We're just trying to catch up what we're missing from past series and starting with the new Urban 3 we're just going to be selective. Otherwise, they might just takeover my house.:lmao:

Cool thanks for the info, me and my fiance are actually thinking of maybe starting to find some people willing to split a case or 2.
