eTicket not on App store any longer???

Sorry if this has been addressed in another post, but I have looked for other threads and found nothing.

I have been looking forward to getting a itunes card and purchasing the eTicket app from the DIS unplugged crew. I got the 10 dollar card and now it appears to me that the app isnt available on the app store(Iphone).
I have seen it in the store before, just didn't have the money then to get it. Can anyone tell me what the status of the app is, would love to buy it, but sometimes apple removes items from their store.

Weird. I just looked in itunes, and you're right, it isn't there. Anyone have any insight?

After a little reading, it appears there was a bug in the app that caused it to crash when dates with 2010 were entered. They have removed it from the store while they are working things out.

thx UKwildcat for the info. I looked on the eticket app maker page, the disinfo website, and on disboards.....although I have been told by the misses that i'm a bit of a "surface looker" ;). Hopefully I dont freak out 1,000's of people hoping to buy the app and now think it's gone forever.

After all the work that went into this, it will definitely not be scrapped! It should be back in a week, if not sooner. If you're on facebook, you can become a fan of eticket and then you'll get all the news about what's going on.

Go into the 'Apps Store' on your iPhone and select 'Updates' (bottom right). If an update is available, you'll see it in the list. You can either select each app individually and update or select the 'Update All' option if there are several apps to update.
It can also be done via Itunes on your pc/mac if you are syncing that way.

thanks! i just noticed that there was a little "2" on the app store icon...
when i clicked on it, turns out i had two updates waiting for me - facebook and eticket!
it probably would have taken me a few days to notice and to figure it out!

I just purchased the eticket app I so wanted;)
I'm posting this message from my iPhone, in fact. So far, it's a wonderful app . The FCC calculator is easy to use and it's easy to read/post here on the disboards.
Cant wait to dig in further.
