Where is the very, very last place to stop at a Porta-Potty before the start of the marathon, and how close time-wise before the start can this stop be made?

Right on Epcot Drive next to corrals. It may take 20 minutes in line. You need to be in corral about 10 minutes pre-race

Is this on the walk to the corrals, or is this in the waiting area before the walk?

Thanks, Coach...you are always the man with the answers!!

As we leave the gathering are there are hundreds. Then we walk .6 miles. At that junction there are tens of potties. Usually spread near the middle and end of corrals.

The lines can be very long though! Many people tend to take to the trees...

A thought I had last year during the marathon - if I had a tube attached to me I could easily just go off on the side of the road. Ok so at that point I had seen one too many guys taking a pit stop off on the sides of the road - either that or it was delierium from the miles. LOL

Yeah I know - somewhere on Osceola last year I just happened to be on the phone with my mom and sister telling them how I felt like I was gonna die (I did not really feel that but it did happen to come out of my mouth) and I came across a lady squatting on the shoulder of the road - no coverage by bushes or anything. I said "OMG I see this lady's butt" I guess sometimes when you have to go you have to go - except this year you might freeze your tukus off if you pull your pants down for long!! :lmao:

Gotta look before aiming!

Just want to add also that the first set of restrooms coming into Epcot are almost equal opportunity. The guys facility is a trough and I swear 3 of the opposite side were squating over the trough

YIKES

Tricia...I'll take the credit or blame for the cold. 3 of the 4 times I've run there it's been freezing at the start.

as for the other...I hope it wasn't me! (because it seriously could be):rotfl:

I'm probably not above the side of the road if I would get desperate enough! But I'm sure my 40 year-old behind is not something the general public would be too interested in seeing, so I'll try to wait for the designated stops!

A word of caution to those who may need to make a last minute pit stop. The port-o-lets have been known to run out of paper.

Take your own supply of toilet paper just in case.

If you don't have to use it, then just discard it at the start.
