I just decided on the deluxe dining plan, which means there will be many tips to consider. What is the best way of taking care of tips without making things too confusing?

We did the deluxe plan a few weeks ago. We decided not to attach a credit card to our key to the world card, so when we got our bill, we put our key card as well as a credit card in with the bill. The key card covered the meal, and we charged the tip to our credit card. If you put a credit card on your key card, you can pay your tip that way, pay with a different credit card (as we did) or pay cash.
Hope that helps.

From the FAQ (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2353648):
What methods can I use to pay the tip?
Table service gratuities are not included in the dining plan. You may use cash, a credit card, a Key to the World card with a credit card attached for charging, Disney Gift Cards, or Disney Visa Rewards Points to pay gratuities. You may wish to let your server know what method you will be using to pay.
All additional Tipping Questions can be addressed in the Disney Dining Tipping Information Thread, found HERE (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2300858)

The previous poster has posted the reference to the Tipping Information Thread, where all tipping questions should be posted - please read the first post of that thread for an FAQ that can answer many basic tipping questions, plus explain why the Restaurant Boards has a dedicated tipping thread.
