Hey.
We are 2 adult couples travelling at the end of August with 2 rooms reserved at PO-FQ. Please tell me what rooms/building to request and why.
I would prefer adjoining and connecting rooms. Also, an upper floor or low traffic area. We have paid for a standard view. Would love a garden view instead of parking lot. We don't really want to be near the pool, but a quiet, well located area (food court/buses) would be good. Non smoking.
I have stayed in a corner first floor room before and loved the corner windows, but not the foot traffic. Of course, any hints on getting kings or a better view are always appreciated.
Also, does anyone know if there is such a thing as connecting or adjoining king rooms at PO-FQ?
Thanks!! 26 days to go!!!

you need to make sure when requesting the rooms you use the correct terminology.. adjoining to the hotel means next door (not necessarily a connecting door between the 2 rooms. If you want the connecting door.. say connecting (we made that mistake once, we were lucky and they fixed it for us when we arrived). But they don't ask what you mean by adjoining..

I don't know about the king rooms - have never stayed in one.. and not sure if they would have 2 kings near each other.. I would call the hotel directly and see what they have available and what you should request when booking.

As far as where... the more out of the way buildings are 6 and 7 - probably the furthest away from the pool/food court..but not far at all in walking distance.. this hotel is very compact and easy to get around.

Thanks. I guess what I mean is that adjoining is acceptable (next door) but would prefer connecting(with a door). I probably should phrase it that way, right?
